Quality Material Verification & Control Analyst

What You Will Do

• Navigation of and data entry into applicable databases or quality systems (examples: CABS, SHARP, PRISM, Net Inspect, and Common PDM)
• Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
• Ensure identification, physical control, and disposition of non-conforming material
• Regularly interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
• Interactions with off-site support functions and suppliers
• Participate in daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders

• Typically requires a BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience. In lieu of a degree, an Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing process experience in one of the following (assembly, inspection, test)
• Previous experience reviewing/interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience with as built reports in the CABS system
• Existing DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, having difficult conversations, and ability to work well with factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders
• Six Sigma or ASQ Certification

This position requires security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.

This position is classified as:
Onsite. Employees working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
