The Quality Analyst Associate provides entry‑to‑mid‑level support for the organization’s quality assurance activities. Working under the guidance of senior quality staff, the associate helps plan, execute, and document inspections, tests, and audits, while gathering and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
What You Will Be Doing- Associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Applied Science, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- 0–2 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts.
- Basic understanding of AS9100/ISO‑9001 requirements.
- Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), Six‑Sigma Green Belt, or CQA.
- Experience with statistical software or scripting languages for data analysis.
- Prior exposure to aerospace or defense manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to a QMS is a plus.
- Awareness of ITAR/EAR compliance is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Multiple shifts available.
