Are you an experienced Chemist looking to innovate next-generation materials for defense and aerospace technology? We are hiring a Sr. Research Chemist to lead R&D projects, design advanced chemical formulations, and mentor a growing lab team in Camden, Arkansas!
What You’ll Do:- Lead the design, development, and testing of novel chemical formulations and energetic materials.
- Manage R&D lab operations, setup advanced analytical testing equipment, and improve production processes.
- Solve complex chemical and material challenges in manufacturing.
- Mentor junior chemists and lab technicians while partnering with engineering teams on product scale-ups.
- Education: B.S. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 5+ years of chemistry experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical
Skills:
Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques; background in energetic or hazardous materials is highly preferred. - Compliance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
