As a Security Officer Armed Patrol-Driver Clearance Required in CAMDEN, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at an aero and defense location as an armed, driving patrol officer, supporting a professional team that is agile, reliable, and innovative. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to reports with clear communication and integrity.
You will also complete detailed reports, coordinate with site contacts, and deliver a people-first experience through helpful customer service.

Must be able to obtain and retain a secret clearance
1+ years of law enforcement or military experience
Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour
Job Schedule: Mon 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Tue 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Sun 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

- Provide customer service to clients at an aero and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct armed access control and perimeter monitoring, including verifying credentials, inspecting deliveries and/or vehicles as required by post orders, and documenting findings.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and supporting local responders per site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, and perimeter routes to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related hazards.
- Complete accurate, timely reports and logs, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts using approved channels and systems.
- Have 1+ years’ law enforcement experience or 2+ years’ security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years’ security experience.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
