Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms, access concerns, and urgent situations with calm communication.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
* Carry and maintain authorized firearms and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policy, licensing requirements, and site rules; complete required checks, documentation, and/or reporting.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
* Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry processes, and/or controlling access to restricted areas in accordance with site requirements.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm response, investigative actions, and timely communication with site contacts and/or public emergency services.
Minimum Requirements:
* An armed guard card/license is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
