Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns per post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including interior spaces, exterior areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor entrances, gates, and/or common areas for unusual activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through the appropriate channels;
Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate observations and handoff information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
