Team and PurposeYou will be a Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager for our team in Camden, Arkansas. Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets, while complying with relevant regulations and guidelines.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national security standards, interpreting and implementing governmental policies, and representing the site security manager during your shift. You will also administer and support critical physical security technology platforms, support enterprise physical security initiatives, and develop and administer policies and procedures for DoD activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD 705, Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti‑Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), and Arms, Ammunition & Explosive (AA&E) requirements.
- Interpreting and implementing governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies; representing the site security manager during the shift and interfacing with site senior leadership.
- Administering and supporting critical physical security technology platforms and systems.
- Supporting enterprise physical security initiatives, employee awareness, and communications.
- Maintaining program information and metrics in an organized and accessible format.
- Coordinating the administration, organization, and communication of capital and strategic projects.
- Developing and administering policies and procedures for DoD activities.
- Serving as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator.
- Conducting staff training programs and coordinating crisis management response activities, training, and exercises.
- Overseeing and managing on‑site law enforcement and contract guard force.
- Working irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call‑out, and overtime as required; shift assignment is not guaranteed and is based on business needs.
We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager. As a successful candidate you will have prior security, military, law enforcement, or industrial security experience, be able to work irregular hours, holidays, and weekends, and act as a collaborative, strategic leader who can communicate effectively with senior leadership and ensure compliance with national security standards.

Basic Qualifications- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement or Industrial Security experience.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a private security / concealed weapon license.
- Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call‑out, and overtime required.
- Ability to work different shifts as shift assignment is not guaranteed and based on business needs.
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” of explosives or other ATF‑regulated items as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills- Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and access to special programs.
- Prior emergency response, crisis management or first responder experience; industrial security related experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Experience and knowledge of the NISPOM and LM policies and procedures.
