Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager

You will be a Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager for our team in Camden, Arkansas. Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets, while complying with relevant regulations and guidelines. As a Security Supervisor/Infrastructure Protection/Crisis Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national security standards, interpreting and implementing governmental policies, and representing the site security manager during your shift.

You will also administer and support critical physical security technology platforms, support enterprise physical security initiatives, and develop and administer policies and procedures for DoD activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD 705, Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (BATFE), and Arms, Ammunition & Explosive (AA&E) requirements.
• Interpreting and implementing governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies. Representing site security manager during respective shift. Interfacing with site senior leadership.
• Administering and supporting critical physical security technology platforms and systems.
• Supporting enterprise physical security initiatives, employee awareness, and communications.
• Administering and maintaining program information and metrics in a well‑organized and accessible format.
• Administering and supporting the administration, organization, and communication of Capital and strategic projects.
• Developing and administering policies and procedures for DoD activities.
• Functioning as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator.
• Responsible for conducting staff training programs and coordinating crisis management response activities, training, and exercises.
• The candidate will oversee / manage on-site Law Enforcement and contract guard force.
• Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call‑out, and overtime required. Shift assignment is not guaranteed and based on the needs of the business.

As a successful candidate, you will have prior security, military, law enforcement, or industrial security experience, and be able to work irregular hours, holidays, and weekends. You will be a collaborative and strategic leader, able to communicate effectively with site senior leadership and ensure compliance with national security standards.
