Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour

Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Sun 04:30 AM - 05:00 PM

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a defense‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report access concerns, suspicious activity, or policy violations through established site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, post‑order adherence, and readiness for changing conditions within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment.

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
