Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Armed Licensed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post calls for professional communication, strong situational awareness, and exceptional customer service.

- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following applicable armed post orders.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
- Operate assigned communications equipment and coordinate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.
- Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Pepper spray certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
