Industrial Maintenance Electrician Spec

You will be the Industrial Maintenance Electrician for the Industrial Maintenance Team. Your role is to ensure reliable electrical systems and equipment across our facilities in a shop/industrial environment.

• Install, maintain, and repair routine electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines.
• Construct, install, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, conduit, and related equipment using blueprints and specifications.
• Repair or replace switch boxes, fixtures, plugs, sockets, and related components.
• Disassemble and service motors, generators, and other equipment for repair.
• Perform safety testing, grounding checks, and efficiency verification with voltage/amperage tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols while working in temperatures ranging from 30°F to 120°F.

Location:

Camden, Arkansas
Citizenship: U.S. citizen required to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required at start.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Electrical knowledge of Allen Bradley controls.
• At least 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work Third Shift.

• Experience with Allen Bradley, Fanuc controls, and various VFDs.
• Associates Degree in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Robotics experience.

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. The position is onsite full‑time.
