This is a full‑time,
Special Education teaching position for the  School Year at Caesar Rodney High School
, a Grade 9–12 high school with approximately 2,200 students.

Individuals who are eligible or possess Teacher of Special Education certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be certified in a content area (ELA, Math, or Science) and apply online.

• State of Delaware certification in Teacher of Special Education and a content area (ELA, Math, or Science).
• Evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.
• Out‑of‑state candidates with less than 1 year of experience will receive an Initial License; those with one completed year but less than 4 years of experience also receive an Initial License.

In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.

• Official transcripts (if applicable), updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
• Criminal background check and tuberculosis test.
• Required documentation: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License), proof of eligibility for employment in the U.S., completion of I‑9 form, and paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
