This posting is for a full-time Special Education Teaching position at Caesar Rodney High School for Vocational Studies. Caesar Rodney High School is a grade 9‑12 high school with approximately 2,200 students.
The Vocational Studies program is designed to prepare students with special needs to become self‑sufficient, active members of the community. The curriculum includes Vocational English, Math, Writing, and job/life skills.
EligibilityIndividuals eligible or possessing Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be certified in a secondary content area: ELA, Math, or Science.
QualificationsApplicants must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities and a secondary content area (ELA, Math, or Science). Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.

- All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
