This onsite leadership role blends advanced healthcare analytics, service line profitability, forecasting, and executive collaboration to directly influence operational and patient care outcomes.

• You're responsible for the management of the Cost Accounting system used for service line profitability analysis

• Work extensively with STRATA Jazz forecasting and profitability tools
• Mentor finance professionals while supporting strategic growth projects

• Manage healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems
• Publish monthly service line and physician practice P&Ls
• Develop ROI, NPV, IRR, and feasibility models using STRATA
• Support rolling forecasts, budgeting, and productivity analytics
  
  Present profitability insights and improvement strategies to leadership
• Oversee audit, reimbursement, FEMA, GME, and external agency reporting
• Lead ad hoc reporting, software implementations, and forecasting initiatives

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of healthcare finance, budgeting, or decision support experience
• Strong STRATA Jazz software expertise
• Experience with hospital reimbursement, service line analytics, or forecasting
• MBA, MHA, or healthcare finance certifications preferred
