Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ social-emotional growth
- Provide direct ABA therapy and guidance for students with behavioral challenges
- Offer training and consultation to teachers regarding effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain documentation
- Support school leadership in shaping and evaluating student behavior programs
- Contribute your insights as programs evolve with the upcoming Dean of Behavior role
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience as an ABA Therapist in a school setting highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence-based practices
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic school community
