Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ social-emotional growth
• Provide direct ABA therapy and guidance for students with behavioral challenges
• Offer training and consultation to teachers regarding effective behavioral strategies
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain documentation
• Support school leadership in shaping and evaluating student behavior programs
• Contribute your insights as programs evolve with the upcoming Dean of Behavior role

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience as an ABA Therapist in a school setting highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence-based practices
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic school community
