Inside Sales Coordinator - Graphics

Sound FX Automotive is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Vehicle Graphics Inside Sales Coordinator to help grow our Vehicle Graphics division. This is more than answering phones and writing estimates. You’ll be the connection between our customers and our graphics team—helping businesses and individuals take an idea and turn it into a finished vehicle wrap, fleet graphics package, lettering project, or custom graphic solution.

You’ll talk with customers, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, recommend the right solution, build quotes, follow up on opportunities, and help keep projects moving from the first conversation through installation. As our Vehicle Graphics Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll own the customer experience throughout the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming vehicle wrap and graphics leads
• Answering phone, email, web, and in-person sales inquiries
• Learning what the customer wants to accomplish and recommending the right graphics solution
• Preparing quotes and estimates for wraps, lettering, fleet graphics, and other projects
• Following up consistently with leads and open estimates
• Building relationships with local businesses and commercial accounts
• Helping customers understand options, materials, timelines, and the overall process
• Coordinating with our design, production, and installation teams
• Gathering the information, vehicle details, logos, artwork, and other assets needed to start projects
• Keeping customers informed as their projects move through the process
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and customer conversations at once
• Resolving customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintaining accurate sales and customer information
• Reviewing sales activity and identifying opportunities for growth
• Working with Sound FX leadership to improve the sales process and customer experience

Your goal is simple: turn opportunities into customers and customers into long-term relationships.

You don’t need to know everything about vehicle wraps on day one. You do need to know how to communicate, follow through, stay organized, and take care of customers. We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of sales, sales coordination, or sales administration experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• The ability to manage multiple leads, projects, calendars, and deadlines
• The ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first attitude and the ability to communicate across departments
• A willingness to learn the vehicle graphics industry and become an expert in what we offer

Experience with
vehicle wraps, graphics, signage, printing, automotive services, or B2B sales is a major plus.
