Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to lead the teller line, manage operations tasks, and provide excellent customer service in a community bank environment.

• Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant.
• Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers, including receiving deposits, cash checks, and issuing withdrawals.
• Record deposits and other transactions accurately.
• Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties.
• Take responsibility for managing the vault.
• Serve as the face of the bank, building strong customer relationships and delivering the best banking experience.

• Current or former teller experience or cash‑handling experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to assist a variety of customers face‑to‑face.
• Ability to complete tasks diligently and ensure everything is in its place.
