Overview

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.

• Conducts clinical assessments, treatment planning, and leads therapy groups weekly.
• Develops and coordinates personalized care plans ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Serves as an aftercare planner, collaborating with referral sources for post-discharge support.
• Ensures accurate clinical documentation and promotes recovery-focused, least-restrictive interventions.
• Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and maintains professional development.
• Works within a team in a residential environment, responding to on-call needs as required.

Master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.

D.) with addiction treatment experience and active licensure in Maine. Skills include strong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Full-time employment with a salary starting at $90,000, and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. The position operates Tuesday–Thursday, with on-call duties as assigned, in a primarily in-person setting.
