We provide sign-on bonuses for qualifying CNAs: $2,500 for 0-1 years and $4,000 for 1+ years, with prorated amounts for part-time hires. Current Maine Health members aren’t eligible. Education and state CNA certification required, with BLS either on hire or within 30 days.
