Talent & Engagement Specialist Work Arrangement
This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with home locations across our footprint considered for qualified internal candidates. Minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office is required.
What You’ll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for banking center and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders.
- Contribute to onboarding, engagement, recognition, and well‑being initiatives.
- Use data and insights to improve recruiting and engagement outcomes.
- Support HR projects and organization‑wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with recruiting and employee relations exposure, or someone eager to learn the HR function, while leveraging their banking experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Sound judgment, empathy, and discretion.
- HRIS/ATS experience.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed is required, as well as a minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office.
- HR certification.
- Workday experience.
- Regulated‑industry experience.
