- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine, or compact-state eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting
- Ability to reliably work 12-hour day shifts (travel nursing schedules)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient and resident care
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC facility, focusing on safety and quality
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility policies
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nurses, CNAs, therapists) to coordinate care
- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control standards
