• Shift: 12-hour Nights (18:45 – 07:15) — travel nurse / travel LPN night shift

• Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Maine, or active compact state LPN license where applicable
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing, or similar senior care setting
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, documentation / EHR charting, and care planning

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long‑term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility policies
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health status and progress in the medical record
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social services) to ensure high-quality care
• Follow infection control procedures, facility protocols, and regulatory requirements for LTC settings
