Join our Health Care team within a model of "Safe Patient Family Centered Care". The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our team.

Compensation and Bonuses

Limited-time sign-on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants:

  • 0-1 years of experience: $2,500 (full time)
  • 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates hired into a full- or part-time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation.

About Quarry Hill

Quarry Hill continues the tradition of caring for the people of Midcoast Maine by providing independent living, traditional assisted living, and specialized assisted living memory-care. We are a local nonprofit family of organizations within the Maine Health system.

Summary

This is a full-time, day shift position. Applicants must have both CNA and CRMA certifications for this role.

Responsibilities

Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - CRMA administers medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents.

Qualifications (KSAs)
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    Current CNA license in applicable state; current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Graduate of a state-approved CRMA program required.
  • Experience:

    Experience as a CNA/CRMA preferred. Experience or interest in working with older adults preferred.
