Registered Nurse

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within a Long-Term Care/SNF setting. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of geriatric and chronic illness care.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination and identification requirements.
