Job Summary:

Providing essential patient care in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting, the CNA plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of residents. This position involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic patient care duties such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfer activities to ensure resident safety.
• Maintain clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control procedures.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or hold a valid exemption.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, healthcare environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
