Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering compassionate, clinical support to residents while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress accurately.
- Assist with daily activities and personal care needs of residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety, and infection control procedures.
- Maintain professionalism by wearing identification and photo badges at all times.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid LVN or LPN license.
- Demonstrate current vaccination or valid exemption documentation for COVID-19.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards.
