Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents' needs

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
