Center For Family Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Temporary Full-Time Front Desk Support Staff to manage the reception desk at our Outpatient location in Camden. Support staff is responsible to maintain and administer our front desk systems ensuring courteous and efficient work standards. Focus is to provide support services to facilitate the Agency's goals and objectives while always providing a positive image of Center For Family Services.

Duties and Responsibilities- To regard all information about clients as confidential.
- To answer telephone calls, respond to voicemails, and expedite in the quickest method possible.
- Follows up with messages left overnight with the auto-attendant and responds appropriately.
- Greets visitors professionally and efficiently notifies staff.
- Maintain reception office, lobby and other common areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Manages pick-up/delivery of packages via Fed Ex, UPS, etc., for staff.
- Manages the incoming and outgoing mail process and ensures processing through postage meter.
- Processes and distributes interoffice mail.
- Manages room bookings and assists staff using office and meeting space.
- Order supplies for the building's janitorial and kitchen needs.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and appropriate contacts in case of emergency.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability and experience in operating various communication systems: telephone, fax, email, etc.
- At least one (1) year experience as a receptionist or office worker.
- Sensitivity in functioning in a multi-cultural work setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly and consistently.
- Sensitivity and understanding in human relations.
- A valid NJ driver's license.
