Vendor Service Clerk
The primary responsibility of the Vendor Service Clerk is to aid the Vendor Services Team by processing common and or systemic repairs. This position reports to Vendor Services Manager. Responsibilities include addressing all incoming emails for the assigned Vendor Services Team, opening repair orders to start the repair process, assigning purchase order numbers for high volume and low cost repairs, answering vendor requests and repair follow up via email and phone, working with Operations to handle all repairs in a timely manner, following up on repairs in process, receiving invoices and PM sheets and attaching to the R.O., and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school degree or GED required, Excel, Word knowledge, computer data entry skills, limited mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of VMRS is a plus.
The base hourly rate for this position is $18.20 - 24.27 per hour. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
