The Parts Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the greening, engine prep and engine drop process, as well as providing directional support to personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise the engine drop and greening procedures, including the extraction of fluids and preparation of vehicles for engine removal.
- Direct the process of removing batteries, cutting Freon lines, and detaching catalytic converters from vehicles.
- Manage the removal of various small parts from the vehicle, such as headlights, taillights, doors, fenders, and hoods.
- Verify that no hazardous materials remain in vehicles through quality control checks.
- Perform pre-checks of the production line at the start of the day using a maintenance report to ensure everything is in proper working order.
- Ability to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of all makes and models of cars.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management.
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
- 2-3 years of automotive experience required.
- Production and supervising experience preferred.
