Business Development Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at River Front Recycling & Aggregate in Camden, NJ.

• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue for the company.

• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets in material sales, site work and paving.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational ad time management skills. Analytic and strategic thinking skills. Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced environment.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Previous sales experience in related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
