Our client, a leader in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a Commercialization Manager to join their team. As a Commercialization Manager, you will be part of the Product Development and Innovation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Lead the successful commercialization of new products through the stage gate process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage multiple projects, coordinating timelines, action items, and project health to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration and accountability among diverse teams.
- Communicate project updates, elevate issues as needed, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Apply business and financial insights to guide project decisions and resource allocation effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, product commercialization, or related fields within CPG or supply chain industries.
- Experience managing projects through the commercialization process, including stage gate methodology.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent timeline tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
