Senior Operations Consulting Manager

The Senior Manager, US Operations Consulting will deliver high impact, enterprise consulting projects to activate and accelerate US strategies.

• Lead and deliver consulting projects with a wide range of stakeholders
• Manage projects, including proactive issue escalation and resolution
• Prepare project plans/scopes (objectives, timeline, milestones, stakeholders, responsibilities)
• Ensure quality of team outputs (accuracy, clarity, messaging)
• Drive problem-solving (identify, structure, prioritize issues)
• Prepare document storylines and structured communications
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders
• Understand the value chain and consulting approaches/frameworks
• Participate in recruitment activities to attract external consulting talent
• Coach/mentor junior team members and lead capability-building initiatives

• 0–10% overnight travel

• Bachelor’s in commercial, economic, scientific, engineering, or related field (required)
• 6+ years relevant professional experience;
  Master’s/advanced degree (preferably MBA) may substitute for up to 2 years
• 2–4 years proven project and/or consulting experience
• Prior tier 1 consultancy experience (beneficial, not required)
• Prior biopharma experience (beneficial)

• Experience with consulting and financial frameworks/approaches
• Executive presence; comfort working with top executives
• Structured written/oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and visualization skills
• Leadership/interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• English fluency (written and oral)
• Flexible with tight deadlines and ambiguity

• Base compensation range: $120,000–$222,000; eligible for company bonus; long-term incentive/vehicles depending on level
