Culture is the SINGLE most important component we have. We want our employees, recruits, clients, prospects, and even our competitors to feel it and believe it!
Appreciating and supporting our Team Members—the people behind our success is at the core of Divurgent’s values, mission, and goals. In addition to our Financial, Health and Wellness, and Community and Culture benefits, we offer team coffee breaks and happy hours, a book club, a grill master competition, March Madness events, a Divurgent Pets group, and team engagement programs – true testaments to the value our Team holds for Divurgent.
