Our client is a rapidly growing general contractor that has become well‑known throughout the tri‑state area, specializing in high‑rise multifamily and ground‑up concrete superstructure construction
. Their leadership team has built a culture rooted in communication, collaboration, and genuine relationships. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their Rahway, NJ office and lead field operations on high‑rise multifamily projects throughout Hudson and Bergen Counties

• Oversee daily site operations including safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate and inspect subcontractors and trade partners to ensure work aligns with project specifications
• Foster positive relationships with inspectors, municipalities, neighbors, and clients
• Lead the development and execution of look‑ahead schedules and proactive planning
• Study drawings thoroughly and collaborate with design teams and trade partners
• Create and execute an effective flight plan for successful project completion
• Solve field‑related issues efficiently and maintain a high‑performance jobsite
• Manage concrete superstructure operations on high‑rise developments 15+ stories
• 5+ years managing large‑scale ground‑up construction projects, high‑rise or mixed‑use strongly preferred
• Experience with concrete superstructure on projects 15+ stories
• Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to build respectful, collaborative, and high‑performing teams
• Skilled in field problem‑solving and plan execution
