Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoff and determine necessary resources and time for construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, owner representatives, sales representatives, and other contractors to prepare and submit estimates.
- Compile and present applicable submittals for individual projects.
- Provide training to the selected candidate.
- May require jobsite visits within New Jersey to gather information.
- Estimating or construction experience is a plus.
- Must be very organized, thorough, and motivated.
- Pay TBD based on experience.
- Room for advancement.
