We are a well-established insurance agency located in East Brunswick looking for a customer service representative to join our fast-paced office!
This position is responsible for providing excellent service to our clients via telephone, mail, email, or in person. Our agency focus is on client satisfaction, retention and growth of new and existing customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
- New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License (within 6 months of hire)
- Policy management
- Be organized, prompt and efficient
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5:30pm
- Full-time
