Labcorp is seeking an onsite Customer Service Team Lead at our Burlington facility to coordinate and guide the daily workflow of Account Specialists. You will provide training, handle escalations, and serve as a liaison between Labcorp, customers, and patients.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference given to bilingual Spanish speakers and those with leadership exposure.
