We are looking for a warm, energetic, and service-focused Concierge to be the friendly face of our facility. This role is key in creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, families, and visitors.

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact
, ensuring every person who enters the building feels valued, respected, and supported. This role combines customer service, organization, and compassion

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

• Assist with directions, questions, and general needs

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Help coordinate appointments, transportation, and visits

• Support resident experience by assisting with requests and concerns

• Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment

• Communicate with nursing, social services, and administration as needed

• Promote a positive and caring atmosphere throughout the facility

• Excellent people skills and communication

• Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused mindset

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

• Basic computer and phone skills

• Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus
