Job Description
POSITION GOALS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Plan, prepare, and deliver approved curriculum on a daily basis.
* Plan and organize instructional materials/supply inventories/tools/equipment.
* Evaluate and assist in the resolution of student concerns.
* Prepare lesson plans and course syllabus.
* Track student grades and attendance.
* Submit grades and attendance on a monthly basis.
* Lead, inspire, motivate, and advise students to actively participate in all aspects of their educational process.
* Maintain expertise in the subject area.
* Provide regular, accurate and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
* Assist Program Manager with coordination of student externships.
* Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations.
* Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* A minimum of three (3) years' experience working in Patient Care.
* Current industry certification required, such as: RMA, CMA, PCT or similar.
* A minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
