Job DescriptionPOSITION GOALS : This is a per diem, demand based position for workforce training program facilitators to deliver training to adult learners. This position requires flexibility, responsiveness, and reliable transportation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Detail oriented, organized, ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Prepare training materials for training delivery, and submit by required deadline.
- Keep accurate training records of training sessions and participant logs.
- Submit training paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Comply with all safety, fire and smoking regulations.
- Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2. Experience in delivering training to adult learners with effective communication/facilitation techniques. (Three years preferred).
- 3. Ability to facilitate programs for individuals as well as groups.
- 4. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- 5. Ability to utilize a variety of learning mediums (instructor‑led, computer based, etc.).
- 6. Ability to deliver classes remotely on virtual platforms such as Zoom and Web Ex.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of the training and provide feedback on the outcome of the workshop.
