DescriptionLeave Replacement, Elementary Teacher.
Position SummaryProvide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum.
Qualifications- Appropriate New Jersey Certification required:
Elementary Certification - Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
- Successful Criminal History Clearance
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
10‑Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement.
CompensationIn accordance with the provisions of the BOE/FTEA collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 SY is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023) – Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380). Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

Annual EvaluationPerformance is reviewed annually in accordance with NJ State law and the provisions of the Board of Education policy on evaluations for certificated staff.
Technology SkillsAbility to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
