Right At School provides local school district before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission-driven individuals who create safe, engaging experiences for children.

Pay Rate: $15.00–$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–8:30 AM and 3:15 PM–6:00 PM

• Daily program meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with the program’s objectives; lead structured fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor environment, address hazards, follow safety protocols, document attendance, incidents and observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lb.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
