Rutgers University-Camden, School of Business, seeks new Lecturers (part‑time faculty) to teach courses during the AY 2026/2027 academic year in a variety of disciplines to include:

• Introduction to Business
• Statistics
• Information Technology
• Optimization and Modeling
• Business of Sports
• Business Communications
• Marketing Analytics

Courses are delivered during the day, on‑campus (face‑to‑face) at the Rutgers‑Camden campus or at off‑site locations – at Camden County Community College (Blackwood, NJ), Mercer County Community College (West Windsor, NJ), Brookdale Community College (Lincroft, NJ). Some online teaching opportunities are available.

• Build and manage one course section, including modifying the existing syllabus, vetting the appropriate textbook, presenting course materials during assigned times, designing assessments, and organizing the course within Canvas, Rutgers’s Learning Management System, in accordance with school guidelines.
• Attend classes as scheduled, respond to student inquiries within a reasonable time frame, make weekly announcements about course content and deadlines, provide timely feedback on student work, facilitate student interactions, offer virtual office hours as needed, and comply with grade submission policies and deadlines.

• Advanced degree in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
• Prior teaching experience at the higher education level.
• For specific courses, industry or research experience is strongly encouraged.

• Ability to deliver clear and engaging instruction in a diverse classroom setting.
• Proficiency in online instructional tools and Canvas LMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work is primarily in an academic setting; occasional travel to off‑site locations may be required.
