Job Functions
- Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the SMR program across all phases of the SMR lifecycle, from design through plant startup, and across multiple cross-functional departments. This includes
- Ensure accurate predecessor/successor logic and sequencing between interdependent activities performed by different organizations.
- Coordinate between engineering, licensing, procurement, manufacturing, and construction to align schedules with technical maturity, regulatory milestones, and constructability constraints.
- Adjust schedules based on actual progress, approved scope changes, or execution challenges, ensuring impacts to milestones and critical paths are clearly identified and communicated.
- Track schedule progress and analyze variances against baseline plans to identify and manage schedule-driven risks and constraints
- Establish and enforce disciplined scheduling standards, including work breakdown structures (WBS), coding structures, calendars, logic development, and baseline control, to maintain realistic, executable plans that reflect actual field and engineering progress
