• Oversee contract execution, planning, executing, and monitoring projects from beginning to end, meeting strict deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the point of contact between Program Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.
• Ensure cost and schedule conformance by coordinating procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems.
• Lead the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) and maintain EVM baselines (PV, EV, AC).
• Perform lead‑time and critical‑path analysis on multi‑level hardware builds.
• Assess cost and schedule risks, develop mitigations, and monitor/report financial, schedule, and technical performance.
• Oversee program budgets, analyze and report on budget performance and variance.
• Coordinate with Master Schedulers and Planners to develop baseline program plans.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure, project schedules, resource plans, and risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor and control program performance using industry best practices.
• Drive process improvement by applying lessons learned.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering across all levels to complete projects.
• Estimate sales forecasts for labor and material.
• Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment of program goals and priorities.
• Utilize program management tools to monitor and report performance to objectives and facilitate decision‑making.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant project‑management experience, or Graduate degree and minimum 2 years, or 8 years in lieu of a degree.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working toward certification.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Self‑starter with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret basic engineering instructions and drawings; understand various manufacturing processes and methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Experience with schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or highly schedule‑based environment.
• Data analysis and monitoring expertise.
• Cross‑functional collaboration ability.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $92,500‑171,500. Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company‑paid holidays.
