Seeking a Finance & Accounts professional with experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, MIS, budgeting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Handle accounting activities including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, accruals, and ledger management
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, GAAP, and IFRS requirements
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
- Support process improvements and financial controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance
- Experience working on SAP or Oracle ERP preferred
- Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
