This job requires that the candidate adheres to departmental production, fulfills compliance with life, fire, hazardous waste, radiation safety, and infection control requirements. Maintains licensure, participates in CEU’s, performs ultrasound procedures, and participates in clinical and clerical activities.

General, Vascular, Portables experience. One year of experience preferred.

Interviewers will consider ARDMS certification candidates.

Associate Degree or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Sonography school or program.

ARDMS certification required within six months of hire date.

Applicants must have completed the Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) exam; proof of passing SPI required.

Expected to acquire RVT certification within 12 months of hire date, with departmental extensions on a case‑by‑case basis depending on performance.

• Elastography, thyroidectomies, pediatrics (echoencephalography, hips, spines).
• PVRs, TCDs, GYN exams, and all vascular exams (arterial and venous duplexes, dialysis grafts, extremity mappings, carotids, abdomen venous, etc).

BLS certification required.
