Sawtelle Camden is a residential treatment facility serving vulnerable and high-risk youth ages 14‑21.

Residential Assistants will be expected to provide positive support, caring assistance and responsible supervision. This position requires sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have exhibited difficulties.

• Participate as a member of a therapeutic treatment team
• Become familiar with residents' treatment goals
• Carry out expected interventions
• Observe and document success
• Identify current or suggest new therapeutic goals requiring attention by the treatment team

• Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.) – Psychology preferred, with experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting
• 1 year or more experience working with youth in a behavioral group setting (high school diploma or GED acceptable for this requirement)
• Valid driver’s license

Weekdays or Weekends. Part-time or On‑Call shift.
