Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, toileting/hygiene, and mobility/transport.;
Take vital signs and perform point of care testing as directed by RN/LPN.;
May perform phlebotomy and EKGs if certified.;
Communicate changes in patient status to clinical team and respond appropriately.;
Participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
